REO Spain Projektentwicklungs GmbH announces the sale of parts of the residential properties still to be developed in the Spanish metropolitan region of Madrid to an international institutional investor within the third quarter of 2018. The profit participation defined in the information memorandum is made after redemption of the bond capital plus fixed interest payment at maturity.
